Returning or Exchanging Items

Every Agilite product is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

You can return or exchange any item that you purchased from Agilite via it’s website or by phone within 14 days of receiving it simply by sending us an email to returns@Agilitegear.com to let us know to be on the look out for your package.

When you send back your item please include a copy of your receipt or invoice , or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:

Name

Address

Phone number

E-mail address

Reason for the return

Purchase price of the item(s)

Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a repair, or a refund. All Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
